Journal of Hainan Medical University is a multidisciplinary academic journal which focuses on preclinical medicine, clinical medicine, pharmacology, public health and preventive medicine, and traditional Chinese medicine, aiming to report the cutting-edge scientific and practical researches, clinical practice standards, support communication between medical scholars, and promote patients care ultimately.

The Journal of Hainan Medical University is a semimonthly comprehensive medical journal and is currently indexed by a series of international renowned databases including CA、CABI、CABA、CSA、UPD、DOAJ、JST、IC、HINARI、EBSCO etc. The Journal has won the first prize for "Chinese Science and Technology Paper Online" in 2015 and 2017. The journal has been rated as "2017 RCCSE China Authoritative Academic Journal (A+)" and ranks the first among all journals of medical universities with its citation frequency of core journals reaching 2745 times and the impact factor being 0.912 in 2019.
Publication charges
Submissions will be subject to an article processing charge (APC) if accepted and published in Journal of Hainan Medical University: 1200 CNY per article.
