卷柏属隶属于蕨类植物门石松纲卷柏科，作为传统中草药在中国应用历史悠久且分布广泛。现代研究表明，该属植物具有黄酮类、炔酚类以及苯丙素类等化学成分，展现出抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、止血、降血糖以及调节机体免疫功能等多种生物活性，近年来受到广泛关注。本文主要综述卷柏属植物的生物学特性、生境分布、化学成分、生物活性、药代动力学及急性毒理研究现状，并对该领域的研究进行展望，旨在为卷柏属植物的深入研究与临床应用提供参考。

Selaginella belonging to the family Selaginellaceae within the class Lycopodiopsida of the division Pteridophyta， has a long history of application as a traditional Chinese medicinal herb and is widely distributed in China. Modern research has revealed that plants of this genus contain chemical constituents such as flavonoids， acetylenic phenols， and phenylpropanoids， exhibiting diverse biological activities， including anti⁃inflammatory， anti⁃tumor， anti⁃viral， hemostatic， hypoglycemic， and immune function regulatory effects， and garnering significant attention in recent years. This review primarily summarizes the current research status regarding the biological characteristics， habitat distribution， chemical constituents， biological activities， pharmacokinetics， and acute toxicology of Selaginella plants. Furthermore， it provides an outlook on future research directions in this field， aiming to offer a reference for further in⁃depth research and clinical applications of Selaginella plants.
